The Vision and Goals of Home Cafe

    Home Cafe is a modern home-style cafe in the heart of Lubbock, Texas.  With an enormous parking lot and spacious seating, there will be enough room to kick your shoes off and relax.  Home Cafe will feature all-day service of coffee and espresso drinks along with fresh pastries and muffins prepared in house.  Internet access will be available for anyone who brings in their own computer. Lunch will consist of daily home-style specials, lite fare items, soups, salads, and traditional cafe selections which are all prepared from scratch.  The intent will be to exemplify quality and creativity in the food and a unique atmosphere of vintage furnishings and modern decor.

    Home Cafe is here to show Lubbock that fun, fresh ideas are available at an affordable price.  We will be here to serve caffeine to the general public, Texas Tech students, and medical employees, in addition to local merchants and business workers, to give their day a boost as it is getting started.  In the morning, there will be made-from-scratch danishes, croissants, muffins, cinnamon rolls and coffee cakes that will accompany any espresso drink known to man.The coffee shop  intends to caffeinate the customers with great coffee and great service.  Chef Jason will make all the breads and pastries fresh daily.  Lunch service will start at 11 a.m.  The concept is homestyle with a modern flare.  Special attention will be paid to detail and presentation, while still serving comfort food.  Home Cafe will have items much like a traditional cafe, burgers, dumplins', pot pie, etc.   The Chef promises the meats will be brined, smoked or ground in-house on a daily basis.There will be daily pizza specials, lite fare dishes, entree specials and desserts such as cakes, pies, tarts, puddings and cookies.

    Service is the key to making every guest feel special. Seth and the rest of the staff will make it a goal to learn and remember guests' names. Exemplifying family values will be essential.  Our home is your home and we will go out of our way to ensure our customers comfort and satisfaction.

    Home Cafe will is run by chefs who promise to use the freshest ingredients to produce food of the highest quality.  Our goal will be for every person to leave full and return happy. "There is no place like Home."
