BRUNCH:                           

-pastry sampler:    spiced cane coffeecake, blueberry muffin, chocolate chip scone, and a cream cheese cinnamon roll     $7

 

-sirloin, chorizo, and three cheese chile relleno:   with fried eggs and spicy ranchero chile sauce    $10

 

-deep dish quiche:   with apple smoked bacon, house smoked pork loin, roasted button mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach,

chopped roasted red peppers,  and smoked cheddar cheese served with a fresh fruit salad    $9  

 

-homemade granola and yogurt:     salty sweet brown butter/pinenut granola served with organic yogurt, simple syrup

marinated berries, and organic milk     $8

 

-homemade RED and BLACK buttermilk pancakes:   with warm maple syrup, raspberries, blackberries,

strawberries and whipped cream      $9

 

-apple smoked bacon:   with eggs any style and breakfast potatoes    $9

 

-griddled ham-steak      or      grilled jalapeno sausage:    with eggs any style and breakfast potatoes    $10

 

-homemade pink peppercorn buttermilk biscuits:      topped with co-jack cheese and homemade bacon cream

gravy, served with breakfast potatoes      $9

 

-signature fat, juicy, grilled, house smoked boneless pork chop and eggs:   with maple peppercorn

-chicken fried chicken breast:    with fried eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon cream gravy, and a biscuit    $12 

 

-char-grilled king salmon:    with white truffle/black pepper aioli, fried eggs, and breakfast potatoes    $14

 

-steak and eggs:   marinated flat iron steak, char-grilled and served with breakfast potatoes, fried eggs, and red wine demi-glace     $15

LUNCH:

-soup:     cup    $3.35   /    bowl   $5. 15      chili cheese potato (contains beef and pork)

 

-daily home salad:  a variety of baby mesculin leaves, english cucumbers, teardrop tomatoes, grilled onions, roasted peppers,

shaved reggiano, and choice of home made dressings  side $3.15,  small $5.25,  or dinner $6.95

(add chicken $3) (house italian, cucumber ranch, lemon vinaigrette, tarragon vinaigrette,  sweet pepper ranch, or  honey mustard)

 

-soup-n-salad:  a bowl of soup and a side chopped salad     $9.25

 

-chopped salad:  romaine, green leaf, spring mix, candied pecans, blueberries, and gorgonzola cheese in a golden

balsamic vinaigrette       side $4.75 / small $7.25     (add chicken $3)

 

-chilled “hot smoked” salmon salad:  horseradish smoked salmon served with a salad of mixed field greens tossed in a light lemon dressing,

teardrop tomatoes, cucumbers, shaved red onions, roasted sweet peppers, and dill creme fraiche    $11    

 

 

-grilled chicken sandwich:  grilled marinated breast, charred romaine, tomato, shaved reggiano cheese and roasted garlic caeser dressing

 on homemade ciabatta bread  served with peppered home fries     $11      add bacon for  75 cents  

 

-BLT:  apple smoked bacon, green leaf lettuce, fresh tomatoes and charred onion aioli on griddled wheat toast with

homemade chips    $10  add cheese for 25 cents

 

-1/2 lb cheeseburger:  fresh ground sirloin (ground daily) served medium with provolone cheese, homemade shiner bock

mustard, and grilled red onions (everything else on the side) on a griddled homemade sourdough bun with peppered home fries     $11   

add bacon for 75 cents

 

 

DESSERT:   summer  dessert menu    

-home made ice cream  $2.95    (chocolate, vanilla,    or   strawberry/bing cherry sorbet)

-ice cream trio     $3.95

-buttermilk pie, blueberry compote, and whipped cream       $4.15

-yellow grit cake, grilled peaches, and sweetened cream       $4.50
